Strength coaches Luke Watson and Terry Hughes flew over to Posturepro last week to attend the level 1 and 2 Posturepro International Performance Program – PIPP. Here is what Luke and Terry had to say about our workshops and about their future with Posturology:

Luke is a very passionate Personal Trainer and dedicated to helping all his clients reach their goals. He researches continually to be the best he can at his profession.
Luke was astonished. After becoming certified in dozens of other techniques, Luke believes he has now found his big break. He believes that Posturology is the foundation for everything that can be achieved with his clients.
Luke wants to be a missionary. He believes that he has a new duty and purpose and that is to get Posturology known in order to make a difference in people’s lives. Luke believes that an impact can be made with Posturology.

Terry Hughes: Bath, UK
Terry is a Strength Coach, Performance Coach and Personal Trainer from Bath, UK. He has collected courses and certifications in the last 15 years of his carrier and is one of the most experienced and educated trainers in the UK. A life long competitive athlete, Terry is driven to achieve results both for himself and his clients.
Terry provides his clients with an understanding and appreciation of their bodies, to help achieve maximum athletic development in a periodised and effective manner.
The Posturepro International Performance Program – PIPP in four days answered all his questions about why some other techniques do not provide long-term results.
Terry believes that an optimum performance of the body is an absolute must in order to achieve the results his clients are looking for. He looks forward to being back in the UK and beginning to use the tools and skills that he gained at Posturepro this week.
