Posturepro is proud to present our practitioner spotlight of the month for March 2016: Deniz Mustard.

This feature is designed to showcase Posturology practitioners that have been certified by the Posturepro International Performance Program.

Deniz completed all four levels of Posturepro’s Posturology training program and currently practices Posturology in London, England.

Here is what Deniz has to say about her experience with Posturology:

Posturology is the answer to the biggest frustration in my life.

Over the last 10 years I’ve developed my skills as a personal trainer. The fundamental key to being a good trainer and helping others to perform better is that you must focus on your weaknesses.  Things like structural imbalance, constant physical pain and poor posture are quite often the main issues for many of my clients. I could easily identify these, but then what?

You can train around these things to a certain extent. My clients were happy, their pain was managed and they got fitter… but I was never fully satisfied with the results.

Then I discovered Posturology and the life-changing affect it can have on the body. The results I’ve seen are unbelievable. I’ve seen Parkinson’s suffers reduce pain and move better; dyslexic kids improve reading and people suffering from severe gout attacks find instant relief.

It has been a genuine revelation for me. My goal now is for Posturology to be accessible to everyone.  We all need it in our lives.
