Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Posturepro, our top priority is to help you improve your mobility and promote faster recovery.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take pride in standing behind our products, which is why we offer a full refund for any items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us in writing and provide pictures within ten (10) days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at orders@posturepro.co within 10 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and return shipping costs are not covered for exchanges. Additionally, all items must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale.

International Returns and Exchanges:

We're happy to offer returns and exchanges for customers outside of the Canada and USA, but please bear in mind that any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If Posturepro is asked to pay any additional taxes upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will have to decline the shipment and send it back to the sender.

Exceptions:

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on apparel or mouth appliances. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right size, our team is always available to assist you. Simply email us at orders@posturepro.co.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund back to your original payment method within 72 hours. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

We stand behind our products and our customer service, and our return/exchange policy only applies to purchases made through our website. We appreciate you selecting Posturepro as your partner in mobility and recovery. Thank you for trusting us to help you achieve your goals!

Refund Policy

The Posturepro Method (In person): 

This is our complete program designed for 8-10 students at a time. To be able to continue to offer a hands-on experience, we offer a limited refund policy. A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the program. The tuition will be refunded minus a $1500 USD administration fee. To not penalize other students, if the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition will be non-refundable.

Posturepro Sports Performance Program  (In person):

  • A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the course. The tuition will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable.

Webinars and Online Certifications:

  • These materials are for personal use. Once registered, these materials are non-refundable.

Live-Streamed Courses:

  • A refund may be requested up to 45 days before the beginning of the course. The tuition will be refunded minus a $250 USD administration fee. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, the tuition is non-refundable, even if the student does not attend the course. Please note that for courses that are given partially online and partially in person, no refund will be issued once part of the course has been started. The request for the refund must be placed at least 45 days before the beginning of either modality of the course to receive a refund (minus the administration fee).

In-Person Courses:

  • For programs in the United States, we reserve the right to cancel a course 30 days prior to the event start date. For international programs, we reserve the right to cancel a course 45 days prior to the event start date. If Posturepro cancels a program, the student may either keep the tuition on file and attend another course or receive a refund for the course tuition only. All other expenses are the responsibility of the student.

Online Consultations:

  • Annette’s time is very limited. There are no refunds for cancelled online consultations. The time slot has been allocated to you and, because of Annette’s busy schedule, there is no way of rescheduling.

In-Person Consultations:

  • Refunds: In-person consultations are non-refundable. Once you book your consultation, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Due to our consultant's limited availability and scheduling constraints, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
  • Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 14 days in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
  • Please note that in the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. However, if you notify us within the specified cancellation period, you may be eligible to reschedule your consultation for a later date, subject to availability.

Proprioceptive Insoles: 

  • No refunds will be issued for the Proprioceptive Insoles if worn for hygienic purposes. Posturepro will provide a full refund for a product that is defective or damaged. Any damaged products must be brought to the attention of POSTUREPRO in writing and with pictures, within ten (10) days following delivery. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale in order to receive a refund. You may return your order within ten (10) days if the size you ordered doesn't fit. In this case, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We do not cover the return shipping costs. There will be no refund for goods that have been damaged or deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale.

Force Majeure:

  • No refunds will be issued based on Force Majeur events. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our programs that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not restricted to, strikes, lock-outs, riot, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, natural disaster, impossibility of the use of public or private transport or public or private telecommunications networks or the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and we will reserve an extension of time for delivery of our programs for the duration of that period.
