I absolutely love, Love, LOVE this product! It took a bit of getting used. I wear this product while working out and sleeping. I’ve only been able to wear it a few hours my sleeping. I drooled a bit when I started using it because my jaw is crooked lol but now I am so happy with it and my jaw position is realigning. When I was a teenager, I had an ankle injury from playing basketball and subsequently lost two of my back teeth. As time went on post injury, and after serving 10 years in the Army, my jaw began to shift position. The weight of my military equipment and gear, coupled with my previous injuries begun to cause TMJ migraines, tightness in my shoulders that travelled down to my elbows and wrists. The jaw misalignment begin to exasperate my ankle injury due to the overcompensating and slowly throw off my posture as a whole. As a former collegiate athlete and service member it was extremely difficult to reconcile the decline in my athleticism over the years. It felt like I was imprisoned in my own body. Since using this product, I have finally begun to feel embodied in my own physicality again and able to move my body through space and time, consciously and anatomically correct. This makes the results of my training more symmetrical, more efficient and more effective. I am in less pain. I wake up feeling refreshed. No now migraines or tightness in my upper body.
