The Difference

When you understand neuroscience, one thing becomes abundantly clear: performance and strength gains are not a muscle problem, they are a brain-body connection problem.

Our program incorporates a brain-based technique that includes a wide range of tools, skills and concepts and is designed to teach you how to assess and correct your clients’ postural adaptations. This approach helps prevent injury, alleviate pain, and promote stronger, healthier bodies.

Postural Recalibration Program

The first part of the program covers Modules 1 & 2. It was designed for any health care and/or fitness professional working to improve the functionality of the body and improve overall performance and health

This part of the program will teach you how to correct postural adaptation by optimizing the proprioception of the body. This approach helps prevent injury, alleviate pain, and promote stronger, healthier bodies.  Learn how the body functions as a whole and obtain the tools needed to deliver immediate results with your clients.

Neuromechanics Specialist Program

The second part of the program covers Modules 3 & 4. The student will learn how the brain and nervous system control EVERYTHING. Learn the language of the Central Nervous System: old brain vs new brain, and what that means for high performance.

You will learn how to apply knowledge of the brain and nervous system into systematic testing protocols.

This will provide you with detailed information about how posture and movement are initiated. Part 2 gives you a blueprint of your clients’ postural adaptations and it will allow you to act upon them through targeting the brain.
