We offer a full refund for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us in writing at orders@posturepro.co and provide photographs within ten (10) days of delivery. Approved defective or shipping damage claims are eligible for a full refund and are not subject to the 20% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges:
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged by contacting us at orders@posturepro.co within ten (10) days of delivery. All returned items must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale. A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible customer initiated returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges. The return and exchange provisions in this section do not apply to products specifically identified as nonreturnable below.
International Returns and Exchanges:
Eligible products purchased by customers outside Canada and the United States may be returned or exchanged subject to the same eligibility requirements, time limits, fees and exceptions described in this policy. Any applicable duties and taxes associated with an international return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If Posturepro is required to pay additional duties or taxes upon receipt of returned merchandise, we may decline the shipment and return it to the sender.
Nonreturnable Products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel or mouth appliances, including the Functional Activator. If you have questions or need assistance choosing the correct size before purchasing, please contact us at orders@posturepro.co.
Refunds:
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 72 hours. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Posturepro website.
