Brainpro Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Brainpro account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

You can delete your Brainpro account in either of these ways:

• In the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account.
• By email: write to support@brainpro.co from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

When you delete your account we remove the personal data tied to it: your name, email address, date of birth, subscription records, and the app activity and diagnostics linked to your account. Exercise history stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Timing

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
